The trouble a common man goes through to approach a government office for various need and following it up is really tedious. It demands for an easier platform to bridge the gap between the public and the government offices.
Hence we developed Kasrod Connect app under the guidance of the district administration of Kasaragod and the Kerala IT mission (DeGS Kasaragod) which enables the user to access various Govt departments within Kasaragod District.
The app enables the user to check the availability status of the officers (ie available, on duty or leave) in various departments and also details about the next day availability. The user can also call n speak to the officer in person using this app. It also provides provisions to register complaints, give feedback and also the rating regarding a particular officer/department.
It also lays a platform for being a communication channel between the public and the district collector which otherwise seems merely impossible for the common man
