How to make Cone Capsicum and Kadai Prawns

Cone Capsicum Rice and Kadai Prawns


  • Basmati rice cooked - three cups
  • Butter - three tbsp
  • American cone cooked - half a cup
  • Bell pepper crumble - half a cup
  • Salt - enough

How to prepare

When the butter melts in a pan, add the cone and capsicum and stir for three minutes.  Add salt to it.  Add the basmati rice to it and stir gently.  Prunes can be eaten with curry.

Kadai Prawns


  •  About half a kilo of shrimp
  • Seven of raisins
  • Two tablespoons of oil
  • Half a teaspoon of cumin
  • One is the onion crumbs
  • Tablespoons of ginger garlic paste
  • Two of the green chilies
  • Two of the tomato crumbs
  • Turmeric powder tbsp
  • Garam masala half tbsp
  • Peppermint foot teaspoon
  • Four tablespoons chopped coriander
  • Sufficient salt is needed

How to prepare

Soak the raisins in water. When the oil is hot, add the onion and salt until it turns brown.  Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies to it.  Mix together garam masala, turmeric powder, and black pepper powder.  Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.  Add the shrimp, salt, half a coriander and a half cup of water.  Cover and cook for 20 minutes.  Once the oil is clear, add the remaining curry leaves and garnish with curry.
